Arif was born in the Bukit Lawang village and has grown up living in this jungle environment. He has worked in several guest houses in a variety of different jobs and whilst working at Kupu kupu Garden Guest House & Cafe over the past 7 years he has become an exceptional jungle trek guide. Arif has as an ethical and sustainable
environment approach to jungle trekking and is lots of fun to hang out with too!
